Payment Options

We realize that your ability to pay for health care is an important factor in your decision to seek our services. Consequently, to the greatest extent possible, we seek to be of service regardless of the ability to pay. We do this by accepting a range of payment sources, as well as, assisting persons lacking financial resources to apply for assistance. 

 Currently, we accept the following methods of payment.

• Medicaid 

• Medicare

• Self-pay, based on the ability to pay for Butler County residents

• Limited commercial insurance plans; contact us to determine if we are covered by or accept your particular insurance plan
